Nice hotel rooms , lots of amenities in the hotel that include pool, hot tub, kiddie pool, sauna, exercise room, restaurant, arcade and vending machines. Continental breakfast is amazing definitely one of the best I've ever had at a hotel. The only thing that kind of could be better was Comfort level of the bed not sure if it was a super Posturepedic one or if it was one with a lot of Springs either that or I'm just very particular. Service there was really good if you needed anything they were helpful housekeeping was very courteous at knocking on the door and asking if you need anything. Overall I would have to say it was a really good stay there and pretty decent deal depending on the room you got or wanted and they will price match prices online.
The staff are very courteous and quick to help you. My husband and I had problems with the sink in our room and we were promptly moved to a different room. The rooms are very clean, the hotel is quiet, and they answer immediately when you call the front desk and assist you right away with whatever you need.
This place has BEDBUGS. That's why the rates are so cheap. Broken doors, Bedbugs, and uncooperative staff regarding the issue. Who refused to give us the Corporate office number.This place needs to be Exterminated.
I was very impressed by this place for the cost. Rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again. !!
Our experience at the plaza was great. We enjoy the because firstly the staff is always friendly and helpful. Breakfast is great and our dog is welcomed. The pool area is awesome and very much kid friendly restaurant is ok in a pinch. Available. Nice place for the money
