Purchased an item and then needed to return the item. Instead of crediting my bank account, they charged me again. I called them to point this out and they said I would need to come in again. I did. They ran my card through the machine to precess the credits (2 credits to offset 2 debits). A few days later I check my bank statement and find no credits. I call back and they say I have to come in again with my bank statements. They also say they need to check with the "manager" and they will call me back. I am still waiting for the call. I am trying to be patient, but really. In balancing the books at the end of the day, they should see that they have a transaction that doesn't reconcile.
