I purchased an e bike. I love it. I was in a motorcycle accident over nine years ago and have limitations. I can now travel to places where I could not go before. Hills are no longer a problem. Randy was very fair - I purchased a demo. Friendly staff. Great customer service. Shop aesthetically appealing. Well done.

I called into Rib Mountain Cycles three weeks ago to have repair work done on a wheel. The employee who answered the phone happened to be the mechanic who would be doing the repair. The employee then informed me it could be done that day and so I drove my wheel 30 miles for repair. Once I got to Rib Mountain Cycles the employees told me a different story. Apparently the mechanic who I had spoken with left, not in a rush or anything, just according to his schedule. Yet the mechanic said the work could be done that day and that was the reason I called in the first place, to get the work done that day. So in the end I didn't get the work done that was promised that day, I didn't receive a replacement wheel until a week later, and I am still waiting on my original wheel three weeks later. I would'nt recommend going to this business for repairs. They have poor customer service.
This review coming from an experienced cyclist, mnt biker and racing enthusiast. I've purchased two bikes from them. One of which I had them install custom upgrades before the bike left the shop. These people are very knowledgeable and experienced. Rib Mountain Cycles is also very involved in supporting all kinds of biking activities in the Wausau area. Specialized is their main brand, but they carry a few other brands too. They also service any type of bicycle. Stop in and see why I like them so much!
Been going here for parts and for service I don't have the tools for or experience doing myself. Great customer service and knowledgeable staff. They won't steer you wrong.
