Yum! Yum! Me and my friend Katie went to order some drinks after lunch. My green tea was a lil' too sweet and Katie said her frappucino was "delicious" and the carmel "added a nice accent to the flavor". Would recommend, nice atmosphere :)
The only thing is the parking lot is a hell to drive in, but I love it here.
I don't typically review Starbucks because, well they are Starbucks and tend to be consistent. Except this one. This is the first Starbucks I've been in that I thought didn't earn my dollars. There's a freeway sign, but no indication you actually have to make a half mile turn once off the freeway. Thanks to Google maps I found it. The parking lot is cramped with only compact car parking. It's obviously popular, full of students in computers. That's great, but the bathrooms were not. Evidently the soap was out and rather than refill it, an employee left an uncapped bottle sitting on a dirty sink. Service was unfriendly, employees were talking to each other and not customers. It was like the anti-Starbucks experience. If you are traveling through, pass this one by. You'd be better off at a gas station.

This has to be the best Star Bucks I've been to, the coffee had a great flavor, didn't taste like dirty dish water like I've had in some. Friendly staff and family atmosphere.
The Wausau Starbucks is like the only place young people love in Wausau and Business types. If Wausau didn't have this Starbucks, I'm not sure where I would've done anything. The service is great, and all the staff is friendly.
