Had a reservation for a full size rental, none available when we arrived, supposed to get free upgrade to next size vehicle, got charged for it. Had vehicle returned, received e-statement, was supposed to have unlimited mileage for weekend, got billed for it. It eventually got refunded, partially. Was going to rent another vehicle this weekend from you this weekend, not sure. We have rented vehicles from you in the past with no issues, until now, May have to look into another agency.
Everything about the rental process and the vehicle were great. The staff were professional and made me feel valued as a customer.
