Love this store! Can always find sales on items and if you have a Kohl's charge card you get additional discounts throuout the year. My savings are always more than what I spend.
Love Kohl's, they have a great selection of all items and run specials weekly. Easy returns and exchanges as well. They always have a good amount of staff to assist customers as well.
The “pick up in store” customer service rep I dealt with was HORRIBLE. I was so incensed at her attitude that all I wanted to do was get out of there and didn’t catch her name. After asking for order # and id, I pull up the email from Kohl’s on my phone and hand her my DL. After typing it into her machine she says, “oh it’s not coming up as ready in our system. Did you get an email that says the order was ready for pickup?” I reply yes. That’s the one (referring to the email with the order #). She replies “no, not that one. Just because you got that email doesn’t mean it’s ready here.” So I scroll up on my phone and show her that the email’s first line is: “your order is ready for pickup!” Her reply is, “OK SIR!”, followed by an eye roll and a huff, then “geez” on her way to the back. Thank you Kohl’s and your abusive staff. I will not be using this service ever again. The rest of my deal shopping and money will go to amazon and other services who appreciate my business more.
I went here for a comforter and electronics gift. They didn’t have any of the comforters they had online or a great selection (so I ordered online). They also did not have a great selection of electronics for gifts. For some reason my 20% off did not work in the store but worked just fine online.
Food was delicious..especially the hot chocolate!! Prices were reasonable. Service was fast. Servers were very polite. We had never been there before and were impressed.
