I gave a one star for their appointments system. You call them to make an appointment. They take down your info and have a nurse call you back. This can take all day depending on how busy they are. Sometimes they never call back. I wish they just make the appointment right there.
My primary can not complete a tubal ligation so I was referred to OB/GYN Clinic. Since the referral I have been through what could only be described as a nightmare. It took almost two weeks for them to set an initial appointment for a consultation. I was told that it takes approximately 2 - 3 weeks to schedule the surgery after the initial consultation. My insurance will expire at the end of March, and this was expressed in order to complete the service in a timely manner. Which was on track until I received a phone call pushing my initial consultation back by almost 2 weeks. Today was my initial consultation that had been pushed back from February 8th. Apparently the Doctor is on call and needed to leave for an emergency surgery (which is fine because obviously that takes precedence). I live 45 minutes way from this office and received the phone call cancellation on the way to the appointment. Upon calling back multiple times to even speak to someone (15 times to be exact) I was told that I can not get another appointment until March 8th and that there is no realistic way that they will be able to accommodate my needs for birth control to meet my initial concerns. I would NEVER recommend this location to anyone.
I have had the best experience with Dr. Lynn Kern and the OB/GYN department. would highly recommend them!
