I ordered some flowers for my wife and sent them to her work location. And with in a couple hours they were made and delivered. Thank for making her day!

I ordered flowers for my girlfriends birthday to be delivered to her at work. They delivered the flowers a day early, and she had gotten off of work early that day and had already left. Her coworkers told the delivery driver to just leave the flowers at her desk or deliver them to her home address. Despite there advice, the delivery driver instead decided to call my girlfriend and ask what they should do with the flowers. I know it's better that they were delivered earlier rather than later, but it's not that hard to deliver on the date I requested. Worst of all, was the blatant laziness of the delivery driver, the only thing she was successful at was completely ruining the surprise. I won't be spending anymore of my money at this establishment.
My family called to ask if Blossoms and Bows would be willing deliver flowers on short notice for a funeral. We were open to very flexible options, due to the time constraint. They assumed they knew who we were and immediately shut us down. Didn't offer any suggestions for other options, and didn't take the time to understand our situation before barking at us that "they already delivered" the flowers, (that we hadn't ordered in the first place). Not a great first impression.
