Johnnie worked incredibly hard and did a fantastic job with the installation of my new flooring. It looks wonderful and I am very happy with the result and my experience!

Had an order of $3200 from Carpet City was shorted a roll of padding with my order . Had to beg them multiple times to get it delivered was promised it would be taken care of and never was had to call again. I am very disappointed with their customer service. There prices are good but DO NOT PAY YOUR BILL IN FULL BEFORE DELIVERY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
