I also Shop at home Depot because of the 10 0/0 discount.for veterans. I am a veteran and I like it when I am thanked for my service. But the service at home Depot . is not as good.
We ordered 14 windows and a patio door through Menards, or so we thought. They (Dory, specifically) went through all the special order details on every window/door. We got an email that the windows were all in and available to pick up. We go to pick up and our largest window is not there. When asked why, they said that it is not possible to make that size window in vinyl and that it was flagged by the window company and Menards that it could not be ordered, but they never told us that. We now have a contractor scheduled to come install our windows tomorrow and we are missing the largest one. The best they could do was say: Sorry there is nothing we can do. After working in retail for several years, I know, there is always something you can do. We will not step foot in this store to make a purchase ever again. The rest of our remodel materials will be bought through Home Depot.
Employees helped me find the tiller I came into buy. Then they loaded onto the cart for me. They also pushed it to my truck and trailer and loaded it onto my trailer. Very fast and courteous service. This is why I Shop at Menards. Thank you.
Great selection but just like anywhere you have to watch the prices most are great but some things you can find other places cheaper
It seemed there was an employee close by everywhere you went and they were all so polite and helpful.
Dont know if I'm getting old and scrooged but the winter wonderland at menards use to really awe me... Now it's like, ehh
