Shopko is the worst retailer in Wausau when it comes to getting a response to a complaint. I submitted a complaint to their office over a month ago and have received no response. After following up on it and speaking with the store manager at this location I was given a phone number for the corporate office, which ended up routing me back to the company I made my original complaint with, which was never followed up on. Enjoy your spot next to K-mart as a rapidly dying retailer, Shopko.

Supervisors and cashiers are a joke here. Refused to accept a Shopko generated coupon because they didn't like that it didn't have more restrictions on the coupon. Then started saying it wasn't their coupon when it clearly states SHOPKO on the coupon, that was generated on their receipt paper. Will not return to this store. Then when asked to give back my money and coupon, they tried to refuse to return them. Absolutely horrible customer service. Will only shop at the Rothschild store now, where they treat customers with respect and won't question their own coupons.
