The lady on the far right was really rude. Her name tag was flipped over so I can't share that. How ever the guy who checked me and my wife in was very helpful and friendly. I wish I new that other lady's name so I could write my congressmen. Unhelpful and super rude.
Although I've noticed improvement over the decades of going here, I still feel there should be a more streamlined service. The employees obviously must know their jobs and which forms must be filled out, etc. But they certainly don't need to look down upon us "regular folks" who don't know this stuff as part of our job descriptions. Then to find out you've filled out the incorrect form, and have to wait yet again. No thanks, I'll spend the extra $8.50 and visit a local kiosk to register my vehicle next time around.
Best DMV office I've seen. They are very professional and helpful.
Improvements over the last few years have made the DMV a less frustrating place to go. It's far more efficient then ever before. Don't stress going to the DMV anymore.
