Fast delivery, was willing to meet us at the soccer complex.
I submitted my order online, ETA was 12:20 pm. I called at 12:27 pm to ask where our delivery was. I was told "we're running late because of limited staffing but your order will leave in ~5-minutes." I called back at 1:04 asking for an update. "Delivery left 5 minutes ago with a second delivery, maybe the driver stopped there 1st." Pizza arrived "cold" but the Crew was so hungry they didn't complain. Warm cookies made up for the disappointment
Ordered 3 grilled cheese large pizza. 1 of my pizza had no pepperoni. Otherwise everything was made on time and was delicious.
When I called back to confirm the hotel delivery location -- the gentleman brushed me off with, "I got it the first time!" Yes -- they delivered it to the wrong hotel. It took three phone calls and one hour to get four cold, tasteless pizzas. I still tipped the delivery person but I do expect better service from Pizza Hut.
Nice people, very friendly haven't had any issues with them anywhere in the country ever.
