Always a long line and there is hardly ever more than one person working the registers, even when there are 5 people sitting around in the back doing nothing. The most horrible customer service I have ever experienced. When calling they either do not answer, or put you on hold and then don't ever pick up the phone again. I would give 0 stars if I could.
