As usual, good food. Better bread stick delivery than last time - keep it up the good work Wausau Fazoli's Staff!

The food is okay, there are Flys and all the plates are covering table's. it was nasty, plus there's not enough staff. bad place to go tight now and needs to be better
I tried ordering my meal prior to arrival using their app. The app wasnt very user friendly. Once completed I attempted several times to use the checkout features but it wouldn't complete my order. I finally gave up and called to place my order. I arrived shortly after and my order was ready for me to pick up. I was created by friendly staff who brought my order and took payment. When I arrived home I found my order to be complete and correct. This being my first experience with Fazoli's I was a bit skeptical about the quality of their "fast food" Italian cuisine. I was pleasantly surprised to find all of my food still hot and fresh. The taste was comparable to a sit down dining resturant. The quality of the meal was also on the med to high side. My hat goes off to them. I will be a returning customer.
Went in today and I wanted extra breadsticks with my dinners, she (the cashier) told me 6 for $5 I said that's fine but when I got home there were 0 extra just the 4 that came with the dinners.
Everyone on duty is very busy today. Clean, reasonable music, friendly. Nice visit.
Food is decent. Service could be better. Employees were sitting around chatting when customers were at the front trying to get more bread.
