Leashed pets are welcome. Many kinds of pet food options. I use low fat or diet grainfree dog food and have been able to find a few brands there. Good healthy choices for treats too. Great place for kids to see pets and the pretty fishys. Like their rewards program. Very helpful friendly staff. Dog training classes and vet clinics.
They don't handle there small animals so they bite more then small animals I've gotten elsewhere. Also I've gotten fish from them and they say if they die you can bring them in with a sample of water and they can see what's wrong and replace the fish but if you don't bring "enough" water they won't. They have never actually replaced a pet I've gotten that has died shortly after buying. Horrible service you have to search for someone to help you then they can't and have to call someone else who takes forever!

Very friendly and knowledgeable people. They are great with kids as well who ask a ton of questions lol. Always have great sales, and things are always in stock.
There was a Ferret on display and I was very disappointed to see the amount of feces that was pilled up throughout the animals living space. The litter box was full of feces and numerous corners of the living space also had large piles of excrement. No other animal living spaces in the facility had any such signs of neglect.
