It has good food and over all I recommend this place
fast quick and friendly service and my food was exceptional, ive been to a lot of paneras throughout the country and this has been my favorite by far
I gave a five star review today, not because of the products or service that I received. It was solid, but worth a 4 star rating. I gave the extra star because of how the manager handled a demonstrative customer today that barged in after going through the drive-through. She embarrassed herself incredibly, and the manager stood her ground and did the right thing as the customer was clearly in the wrong. She just wanted someone to yell out and she was swearing like a sailor. The manager apologized at first, defend the action of her employee which was justified, and treated the ridiculous customer with respect not earned. Kudos Panera
Tried the "skip the line" and ordered at the computer. It wasn't clear where to go after that, or if I got a confirmation or anything. The food was good and served quickly. The only (small) negative was the experience of ordering without a person. Next time, I'll choose a person.
Panera Bread is always a good place to eat . But I don't like that they push people to tips the employees. I don't mind give them some tips but when I have to clean my table and get up and get my good . So I am doing 90% of the job. So why should I tip just because they take the order that is the job they get pay for it !right! .. Sorry if I am wrong
