My doctor keeps me one step ahead of serious respiratory problems, thankfully.
My 18 year old son went to see the ENT and was asked if he wanted a entoscopy to check out his throat. He agreed. Then he received a bill for $267.00 from the ENT. He had no idea why because they didn't explain that the procedure might not be covered by his insurance. As he is newly 18, he did not know what to ask or how these things work and I am very upset that he was duped like this. (The entoscopy showed nothing, by the way.)
Went in to check my allergies. Very friendly for my first time there, zero issues. However they did neglect to talk to me about billing and if my insurance would cover this and that and how much. Would have been nice to know but it's my own fault too for not asking. Now I got a month to pay off $1,000!
I am not a fan of going to see Doctor's, but my visit to ENT was outstanding. First the terrific Birthday girl Tracy at the front desk was bubbly and very helpful. Second the whole group of ladies working the front desk were very professional and oh so cheerful. I could tell that they enjoyed their jobs. Thirdly Tara was very instrumental in putting me at ease. She related a couple of stories to me concerning some questions and issues I had before coming to ENT and set my mind at ease.Lastly, Dr. Rocky Lipsman got right to my checkup and was friendly and informative. ( I am sorry to hear he retired.) Thanks for a great visit!
