Extremely rude and they don't follow through on promises. By phone they agreed to give my husband FMLA, but when they needed to sign off so he could go back to work, they finally called him back a minute before they were about to close early and promised him 15 minutes to get there to pick up the paperwork. When I arrived 6 minutes later, there wasn't a soul in sight. The next business day, the doctor rudely referred him to the nurse for the paperwork and the nurse snottily told him that he would not get FMLA, the doctor will not sign off.
Please get a cost estimate for your skin services before your Forefront Dermatology Appointment. A simple 5-10 minute visit for a facial wart removal and cancer screen could easily cost you more than $1200.00, if your insurance has a high deductible and or does not cover dermatology visits. Would have been nice, to be advised to save 15-20 % for first visiting patients by paying cash upfront. The lab work will be more than half of these charges, since it will take a technician to prep $300 and doctor $398 to evaluate the results.
I really really REALLY wanted to eventually give this place a good review...But I can't do that. First off, my first few months I went there, they kept calling another number to remind me of my up coming appointments. I had to tell them 3 times to call my cell number instead of that other number because I most likely would not be at the other number's place. Usually, the doctor I saw the first 3 months would come in the office and talk to me for 5 minutes and leave without asking if I had questions. Not once did that doctor ask if I had any questions. My last visit which was the other day was with another doctor who I saw only once the previous month and at the end of the appointment, this doctor finally asked if I had any questions. That made me feel good somewhat. I felt like this doctor actually cared. But than the doctor said he'd have my prescription ready to be picked up later that day because I've been off of it for a few days. I go to the pharmacy 4 hours after leaving the office and the pharmacist turned me away because the doctor didn't do their part. Apparently, the pharmacist said I had to do something online too which I've never had to do when picking up previous prescriptions. I go there the next day to try to pick them up again without going online to see if a different pharmacist would say the same. And no surprise, the pharmacist does say the same thing. Afterwords, about 30 minutes later, I called Forefront and they said that they didn't authorize the medication to be picked up even though the doctor did say they'd be ready for the day I went in the office. I talked to a receptionist/operator and told them my story and I ended up canceling my appointment for next month there and than. The receptionist transferred me to a nurse. So that nurse I talked to authorized for me to pick up the prescription right there, but little did she know I already cancelled my appointment for the next month with the receptionist and didn't care to tell her. I had high hopes for this place but I felt lied to and they really didn't give a damn about me with giving me false information. Don't get me wrong, everyone there was SUPER nice, but I guess they have to be if they want customers to stay. My expectations were not met and I feel I wasted my money and time. I'd give this 1 and a half stars, but unable to give half stars, so out of niceness, I gave it 2 stars. I would however give them 6 stars on friendliness though. I STRONGLY wouldn't recommend this place and I more than likely won't give this place another chance. I'm done with Forefront thank you very much!!!

They have the rudest doctor I have ever encountered in my life there. I'd highly recommend going elsewhere.
