Phyical therepy department front desk amy and wendy are horrible noncaring people. Amy laughed when i asked for doctors note for my daughter and sent me away to a department that could not help. Ended up having to go back down and get note. Also...there phone service is horrible it routed me to mosinee and she was not helpful.
