The staff was rude my mother waited to get my daughters ears pierced for a half an hour to be told they couldn't let her do it because she wasn't a legal Guardian and it was the law. If that's the case it should be posted as you walk into the store like any other piercing establishment in the state of Wisconsin. My five year was crushed and the staff were rude as can be. They left the store with out any of the merchandise they had picked because my mother was so disgusted with their behavior and attitude. They will never get mine or my mothers business ever again.
