Our family has been doing our laundry at this location for well over10 years. The only thing is that the air conditioning isn't working or they are not going to be using it due to the cost. Its very hot in the warm weather to be in the building for along time.
Staff is insanely rude. We stopped over for lunch at the Wausau Mine Company, their parking lot was closed so we parked in the back corner of the laundry mat's parking lot, the worker came out screaming at us that we're "blocking their place of business and if you park here, you will be towed!" Mind you, we didn't even get out of the car, we could've very easily been stopping there for their services! she couldve very easily been polite and asked us to move so we weren't taking up their spots and we would've absolutely moved, instead she'd rather scream at us? Horrible attitude, wouldn't step foot in that place.
Absolutely outstanding customer service. I had a last minute Military funeral I had to prepare for. The woman cleaned and pressed my Blues within size hours and truly saved me. Definitely will be back in the future! Keep it up! Semper FI!!
Awesome service. Needed to get something dry cleaned last-minute on a Friday, and she got me in no problem, very kind about it.
Friendly customer service. I was very pleased with them having my husbands items done next day for a funeral we thought was going to be a few days later.
