These are really nice people, but they need to train their techs more. We had carpets cleaned and they look worse than before. I think too little time was spent on rinsing. And the rug I took in to get cleaned came back with wood splinters all over it and still smells in the spot where the dog had an accident. I'm wondering if it was even cleaned.
They showed up on time, I reserved a time a week in advance to have my carpets cleaned. I had roughly 200 square feet cleaned and it fell into their minimum payment category.
