We took the ride up and down the lift at Granite Peak to see the last of the fall colors and had a great time! Started at the bottom, got off at the top where we hiked, climbed the boulders and wooden tower, and stopped at the snack shack. Photos abound as we hopped on the lift and slowly traveled back down to our car. Great views, great time!
Granite Peak ski was absolutely wonderful! They did have the snow machines on one day which was kind of annoying but necessary. We learned to go under and around them carefully . The next day it was even more awesome! the staff was fantastic to help with everything from equipment to lessons and food and assisting with everything. My entire group would definitely recommend them highly. The ski hills and lifts are tops in their class. Always look for discounts on ski and stays at local hotels. Military discount also
My wife and I both loved our experience here. We took the red trail and part of the blue one as well. We enjoyed the leaves scattered all over the trail, the rock formations, and the colorful valley below. The isolation was wonderful (hopefully our review doesn't change that
Absolutely gorgeous place! I wish they ran the ski lifts all year long so people could ride up and down the mountain on them. It's a great place though, you'll love it!
Prices were a little high for the quality of the skiing itself... but the facility is quite nice. Expect to find quality beers and a nice warm fire in the chalet. Live music, friendly staff and easily accessible.
