Our septic was tested last year prior to purchasing our home by the seller. We were told we did not need to have our septic pumped for another 3 years. We got a letter from the local zoning commission stating that we did so I called B&D to retain a copy so that I could submit it to the zoning commission. The lady on the phone told me I'd have to have it pumped, and when I stated that I would like to submit the record, she got rude with me telling me it didn't matter, I was going to need to pump it either way. I then said that I would try to submit the paperwork first and if they still told me I needed a pump, then I'd have it done. She was still rude. I then asked to speak to her boss and she literally yelled at me "I am the boss." Wow, you literally yelled at a customer, one who was not yelling or being rude. I simply stated what I wanted and why.
Worst customer service ever. They told me they would send a plumber out by the end of the week and nobody ever showed up. I called 3 times after and left messages and still 2 weeks later I have not received a phone call back
I'll never go through them again.
