Ric and his dad were awesome and very good at what they do. They had my mound system back up and running (and upgraded) in no time. Definitely use these guys, you won't be sorry.

Ric was simply amazing! We had water backing up through the floor drain at 7:30 PM the night before Thanksgiving and Ric showed up within an hour and didn’t charge any kind of emergency/holiday fees. He augered out the main sewer and restored water flow. However, his expertise proved invaluable as he noticed some irregularities with the augering. He then used their camera to determine a larger problem with our main line. Ric spent the time to explain to me what we were seeing, what the root of the issue was, how it should be fixed, and he even gave me the names and numbers to a few contractors he would recommend. While we now have a larger repair to handle (no fault of Ric - just old material from the 1940’s) Ric did an outstanding job for the cost. I will definetly recommend Ric to anyone who will listen! A+ job all around!
Every time we called Ric's Sewer Service, we received fast, courteous, helpful service that met our budget. I would recommend this company to anyone... and in fact, just did in response to my brother's query on Facebook. We live in a older house that has been remodeled often and has a huge Linden tree (think 50 to 100 feet tall) directly in front of the house. We appreciate the help.
