My order was delivered more quickly than it was quoted, the order tracker (similar to Domino's but with more information and less goofiness) is accurate and a nice touch. The delivery agent was also very polite and friendly.
The two times I have ordered food with them they take the money out of my bank account and then put it back and take it out again making me go in the whole I am not happy with it. I wonder who else they r doing this to. Either fix it or let others know they are having issues with.
We use this companies services quite often. Quick delivery times and an ever expanding line of restaurants to order from. They offer many other services aside from delivering food. They'll even pick up parts from an auto parts store if you are in the middle of a project!
Outstanding customer service! I ordered my food and it arrived much sooner than I was told. Hot, fresh and amazing. The delivery driver was very professional and friendly. I wish I would've gotten her name, but she did tell me it was her 30 day mark with the company. Best part, they send you text and/or email alerts to let you know when order was placed all the way to when the driver is on the way. I will be definitely be using their services again. Keep up the good work!
Most importantly, however, the food was delivered in pristine condition. The fries had not lost any crunch and the burger was still so hot I had to let it rest for a minute before eating. This is absolutely outstanding!
