I ordered food and came an hour and a half late the soup was cold the sandwich was not what I ordered and there were items missing called the store back they said they'd have the general manager call me she never called I had to wait 4 days until I could hear from her and I had to call her!! She told me I would be receiving my money back and I've been waiting 7 days for that. I seriously think the general manager has mental issues like who just treats people like that?! Will never order or recommended to anyone again!!
Food is good, but the place is staffed by the most inept, unprofessional idiots I have ever encountered. It is the only sandwich shop who delivers to my work place, so I put up with them, but at least 90% of my dealings with them have been extremely unsatisfactory.
Oh man do I wish I could give them less then one star. I have never dealt with a restaurant like this before in my life. I think on 5 different occasions they have not had a delivery driver. When they do it takes forever. The soup is cold and the subs are soggy. When you call for an update on your order because they are extremely late you are met with a insane amount of attitude. I have been ordering food from this place over the period of many years in many cities. The Wausau location is by far the worse. Do not waste your time or money on this place. I have tried calling there 4 times in the last 30 minutes. They just ignore calls and let the fax machine pick it up. I can only imagine that the management is 90% to blame for this horrible excuse as a business.
My first time here and I thought the place looked kinda neat. Had a old time feeling to it and it was clean. The building was freezing though. The service was decent. The person that helped me was pretty quiet and hard to hear. The sub I got was okay. Overall I think I might come back.
Absolutely horrible customer service. I ordered my sub at 11. It's now 12:42. I was told half hour 45 minutes top. I call and basically told oh well, sorry. No. This is not acceptable. I used to love this plave. In the past 2 years it has gone down hill. After this incident, I will never be ordering here again!!
