3rd shift employees are terrible. The other night I and my buddy went out to go eat, and we made our order which was a 5 piece chicken tender, side salad, and a BBQ Crispy chicken combo with an LG DR.Pepper. We grab our food and didn't think that they would be messed up our order because it was very simple. On our way back home, we notice that all we had was the 5 pieces crispy chicken and a side salad with our drink but no BBQ crispy chicken. We went back and repeated what happen with our order saying they messed up our order. They claim that they "put 2 boxes in our bag," but I did not see them put it in the bag nor did I see it in the bag either. I was very upset and threw my receipt out the car, never coming back to a 1-star restaurant. But more importantly, I did not enjoy my food.
Extremely slow service, the place was dirty, garbage cans overflowing. Not impressed at all, will not be going back to this particular Hardee's again.
You've got to try the apple pies. Best in all fast food. Wow they are tasty
The lady delivering the food didn't use a tray and wasn't washing her hands.
Delicious food good service clean restrooms clean restaurant adequate parking handicap access easy on off exit from major interstate. A recommended restaurant for good food. Modern amenities included updated clean restrooms and updated table service area. Well done
