For those of you that have no other option than to pay inflated prices for old vehicles with loans that charge criminally high interest rates, I would *still* try somewhere else first. Can't wait to be done with these trash peddlers.

I have not missed a single bi-weekly payment in the time I've had a loan with these clowns. This morning, I was on back-to-back conference calls at work, so I couldn't pick up my phone when JD Byrider called. While common sense would dictate that a guy that has paid every single time may not have skipped town a whopping 14 hours after payment was due, they decide to call my boss. Listen, guys, it's not time to slap my face on a milk carton. It's time to take a deep breath, do some paperwork or something, and then try again later. Act like you've been there before. Be professionals.

They can get you into a car, it will help your credit if you make your payments on time. BUT they will rape you on price and quality. Definitely do your research before you buy anything. I learned the hard way. Regret ever doing business with the, and now I am locked in, paying 10x more than what this car is really worth. They won't even let me trade in for a different, better vehicle. I didn't know much about cars and asked for very specific needs in a vehicle. This is the most unsafe car I have ever driven in winter. They didn't even provide what I really asked for. I hate this car. I regret ever signing a contract with them.
I was really excited about getting my new car and super happy that they decided to stay late to finish selling me and my husband and new car. It was only a couple weeks after I noticed a thing happening with my car. I still don't know what it is. I went back to J.D. and asked if they could look at it and they did and said they'd have the parts in to fix a different problem I was having. They said they were going to get the part in, in a couple of days and call me when they had it. Well it has been a couple of weeks and I am actually worried that my car is going to break down on while I'm driving. I am not so much frustrated with J.D. but more so the car they sold me. Nope never again would I go to this company. I do not recommend them
