The sales staff is very friendly. We ended up with a nice car. However, "very high pressure sales" Payments ended up being much higher than expected!
Justin Zastrow was AMAZING to work with! He calmed my nerves and made me feel comfortable and confident in the whole car buying ordeal. He made miracles happen so I could get a newer, reliable car for my family!!! Great experience! I would recommend him to anyone looking for a great deal on a vehicle!!
By the way, all of these 5 star reviews are FAKE! They made them just to keep their score up on here. Another reason why this is a pathetic company! They're so pathetic they have to make up happy customers lol good try guys!
Had a great time dealing with Tommy, until we signed the paperwork. Then he wouldn't even look me in the eyes after telling me earlier to just take my other car back and leave it in the lot where I had gotten it. He was suppose to get me the information to get another fob and get it programed for a low price. Never returned my emails and hasn't taken my calls. Next car will be bought elsewhere.
Kamal stayed extra late on a Friday night just to make sure that I drove home in a safe vehicle!! Friendly and very nice staff. Would definitely like recommend stopping by and seeing him if you need a vehicle!
Horrible place to go! I called before hand to explain that I didn't have good credit, but rather no credit (I was 18 at the time) and a lady told me that would be no problem! That EVERYONE gets approved! That I didn't even need any money down! That if I came in I would be driving out with a car that same day! So I go bright and early in the morning right after working a 14 hour overnight shift, drive a hour to get there, only to be completely turned down because I had no credit, even though I wasn't completely stupid and came with a $1200 down payment anyways. I told the guy that I was frustrated because that was the sole purpose of calling before I came and told the guy what the lady told me on the phone the prior day and he apologized and told me, and I quote "They will tell you anything just to get you in the door." I asked the guy why they say that everyone is approved then and he told me that TECHNICALLY I was approved but it was for such a small amount that they had no cars on the lot that were that cheap and most likely never would. So just beware: unless you have perfect credit or know someone who will co-sign for you that has perfect credit you will be completely wasting your time. Do yourself a favor and go look on craigslist for a used car, or go to any other used car lot but here! I wasted time that I should have been sleeping for my next 12-15 hour shift because they lie to you on the phone just to get you in there. It's a pathetic company.
