Living in the Northwoods of Wisconsin, I knew when I purchased a Subaru that I would need to take a drive for authentic Subaru service. Fortunately, my work takes me to Minneapolis and Chicago with some regularity so I knew that I would have a number of service options along those routes, and I have tried a few. However, since I began using Kocourek I haven't gone back to any of the others. I appreciate the speed with which needed work is done, the clear descriptions of the work that may be needed on the next visit, and I have never had the feeling that they were pressuring to sell me anything I didn't need. When the time comes I expect I will be trying out their sales department as well.

This review is for Tom Jones, the salesman I worked with recently in the purchase of a 2018 Subaru Legacy. I called Tom on a Saturday at 2:00 PM, told him what I wanted and what I had to trade- within minutes we had a deal figured out, but I live 3 hours away- no problem he said they'd stay open until I got there to make the deal. That night at 7:00 pm (2 hours after closing) I traded for my new car and I could not have been happier with the transaction and really felt like they went above and beyond to help me get a car that day. It was a very fast transaction but very well handled, they explained everything and I was on my way. A big thanks also to the other two fellows who stayed late to help too. I can't say good enough things about Tom and Kocourek Subaru- I got a great deal on my new car and a very good trade-in on my used car. I'll be back the next time I trade cars.
I have been dealing with Kocourek for 4 years and have had such a great experience each time. Adam was beyond helpful in helping me upgrade to the Outback and searched for the style I was looking for. He is friendly, professional and was able to get me exactly what I needed. The whole staff is nice and has helped me with even the littlest things like changing the time on my clock or washing out the snow pack from my tires.
I would recommend anyone to go there. :)
