Low pressure and knowledge staff. The problem is absolutely no service after the sale. They knew I was a builder and purchase many appliances every year. If the manager isn't willing to take care of a potential high volume buyer, will he take care of you when you will only make one purchase every 5+ years? Taking my business back to Home Depot where they always do what they can to help you.

Everything went better than I had expected or even hoped, so it's all good! I could not be happier or more impressed with Don, the installer. I was prepared to lose the shelf in the cabinet below the range, but, in the end, he was able to spare it, so I lost very little of my already limited storage space. He did a very efficient job of removing the old unit and enlarging the cutout; and, although it was obviously a challenge, he was able to reroute the duct work without a major relocation in the basement rafters. He had also prepared me for an extra two hours, if not more, of labor but kept it to just one hour. It looks terrific, all the features are as promised, and I think I will love using it. So a good report all around!
Donny (sales person) was great. The movers Sean and Lucas were also great. The whole experience was very positive.
