Jake was very nice, and helpful. Seemed to really listen and directed us to all the right pieces of furniture. Will definitely be back to make purchases!!
I purchased a mattress here and it became very uncomfortable to sleep on after less than one year of use. It came with a "5 year warranty", so I tried to take it back. However, after measuring the sag and taking several pictures to email the company and prove that the mattress was actually bad, I was informed that there wasn't enough sag for them to grant me a new mattress. So now I'm stuck with a mattress that is extremely uncomfortable and gives me a sore back.
WG&R now. We bought a recliner and it is superb. Great pricing and helpful staff! This will be the first place I will visit when shopping for furniture next time! Pickup service entrance guy was very helpful and courteous! Sofas, chairs, tables, beds and mattresses, they have it all on display! If they don't have the color or fabric they will get it t o you next day! They offer delivery as well !
*edit* The mattress eventually sagged enough that they gave me store credit.
They were so great! Got a temperpedic mattress set for half the price(on sale) and because some kids had jumped on the bed with dirty shoes there were light shoe prints(not that I cared they brushed right off). The guy gave us another 100 dollars off! And to top it off the base that came with it was a display only so he told us to choose whatever one we wanted for only $100. So of course my husband chose the most expensive one. In total our bed set was going to be $1,000+ but we got for $530.00. Over all, they were very good to us. Service was great, and so we're the workers.
Nice the best set up, kind of like being in a barn full of furniture. If you are looking for inexpensive furniture it's ok.
