I recently purchased a couch, two chairs, and a dining set. The salesman was very helpful in helping me pick out the furniture without being overbearing or pushy. I special ordered several pieces and they arrived quicker than I expected, which was great. I was given a two-hour delivery window but the delivery guys showed up right at the beginning of the window. The delivery guys were super friendly and handled my new furniture with care. Overall great experience!

Huge selection and Mike was very knowledgeable of the mattresses and motorized decks. The purchase went smoothly. We were disappointed in the final set up of the mattress and motorized deck. The mattress ended up being higher than the old one by an inch. We were told it was due to the deck not fitting inside the bed frame and nothing could be done. A family member came over a few days later and assessed the situation. He was able to make a change to the frame so the deck properly fit and sat on the floor without the leveling boards the installers put down. After the fix the mattress was 1 inch lower than the original mattress making a step stool no longer needed. I think after spending thousands on a mattress and deck the installers should have done what was needed to make the final outcome acceptable.
Friendly service staff. The cost of new furniture is insane. I was looking for something kind of specific and they didn't have it.
I was happy with the salesman, we looked at the options and pricing and what I was looking for. We were able to get a nice deal on the furniture I was interested in. And since then, they send me gift cards for additional sales. Very nice.
