I have been at Themis for almost 2 years and it has been a life changing experience. The coaches work with you at the level you are at but also encourage you when they know you can do more. Crossfit is a great community of people who support and encourage each other. You are so much stronger than you think and you could prove it to yourself here! Blessed to be a part of this box.
Great owners. Extremely knowledgeable coaches! Intense but still fun atmosphere to WOD in. Awesome community with great events happening all the time. The perfect place to challenge yourself physically and mentally!
Themis is such a welcoming community. From day one at this box, everyone was so nice and encouraging and I felt comfortable right away. I'll only be at Themis for a month longer and I'll definitely miss it. Great workouts, great atmosphere, and even better people. Thanks for taking me in for the few months I've been with you guys!
I was in town for a day visiting family and the guys at CrossFit Themis were great about letting me drop in and train weightlifting. Excellent facility and equipment, killer American flag mural on the wall, and the open garage doors give the place a great vibe. I was training as one of the classes was going on and afterward they all invited me out for a beer and apps. You can't beat this place or the people in it.
This is one of the first places I think about in the morning and cannot wait to get there after work! This is my stress reliever from great workouts and time with friends. The coaches are always there for you and truly care about your success. They take the time to get to know you so they can help you with your strengths and weaknesses. The owners are the most welcoming people I have ever met - even more than your sweet grandma with your favorite meal
