The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The rooms were spacious and comfortable.
This hotel is amazing. I have been a diamond member for years and this hotel has blown my mind. I normally do not spend time writing reviews but you will not be disappointed by staying here. It does not have the same old garden inn building layout, but yet it is something completely different. They have been opened a few weeks ago so they need to fix a few things. Like not having shelves in the showers, they have a bar that has screw holes showing and so on. Either way I told the general manager he needs to fix this. I would normally stay in Stevens Point and I was tired of it being booked!!! If you only knew what y'all were missing!!!
We were some of the guests in the hotel for the Honor Flight and cannot say enough about the service and care we received from everyone at the hotel. The room was clean, the employees knowledgeable, service great, and most of all the care they gave the honored Veterans was heartwarming. We highly recommend this hotel
