Went in looking for a queen mattress and at first we were thinking we didn't want to be bothered. To our surprise after the gentleman greeted us, asked us a few questions, and then went on to explain our options we realized how much help he was going to be. He showed us a couple of different beds and we narrowed it down from there with his help explaining each bed. We bought the bed that night and he helped us load it up that night too. Went in nervous, came out thrilled we found the perfect mattress!

Got mattress (inexpensive) to be used 2/3 times a year. The full size is not to size and they reordered but still received under size mattress. Kept it anyway. They were to call and manager said he had my phone number from the caller ID. BUT he never did call and when I recalled him he said he did not know how to get in touch. Not a very trustworthing relationship for my first time doing business. Buy beware.
