Customer service from manager (I believe she's the manager. She's old.) was horrible. How can you tell ur customers during their order to hurry up. We were ordering ice cream and of course, the children were contemplating which flavors to pick. Manager straight up, said "hurry up." Didnt even get a smile, or an apologize. What an upsetting experience. Park is awesome and younger staffs were friendly, but definitely not the manager.
All my experiences here were great. However it takes a bad one to have all those great experiences go down the drain. The workers are always so friendly and kind. They're not the problem though, it's the manager. The manager was very rude, and super condescending on their policies about the splash pad. Every time we've gone there we've never had a problem entering even with my grandma. The manager made it as if it was forbidden for anyone to enter unless if the kids were in a daycare and must be under 10 years old. So I then stated "I can't go in to supervise?" She replied "You don't need two adults in there watching two kids" At the time I was with my pregnant wife and she didn't allow it. She then rolled her eyes and in the rudest, arrogant, condescending tone she said "go in, we'll allow it today" and walked away. I have to give a thumbs up to the workers who deals with this manager everyday. Keep up the good work everyone and don't drop down to your managers level.
What a wonderful way to enjoy the park. The train is a great way to enjoy the park. All ages can enjoy the train ride. It's good for kids who want to have fun. And it's also a great way for couples to enjoy a romantic ride through the park.
