Hopefully I won't have to have body work done again, but if I do I won't hesitate to use ABRA!
They people are amazing. They went above and beyond to make sure I felt good about the work about to be done on my car. They not only worked within my time budget but made sure I got in a car 5 hours sooner than the rental place said they would do!
My sister crashed my dad's nice mustang in Wausau and didn't have much of a choice to go to Abra and they did terrible. I have never seen a body shop do so bad at fixing a car. Inside the trunk was missing two of the plastic pieces, and the rubber seal so water poured into the trunk, the ABS light is on, and kicks on even though the tires aren't slipping, and the spoiler alignment is so off it looks horrendous, the entire rear end isn't symmetrical including the tail lights, bumper and trunk. They did a terrible job and can't believe they are considered mechanics when you completely forget two obvious missing pieces.
I brought my Audi in to fix some scratches ... they were kind enough to do it at no charge ... there are still some good businesses out there ... I recommend them highly.
Had my truck in for repairs after it was the victim in a hit & run. The entire process was easy & the staff was great! I was constantly updated about the status of my repair and the truck was completed on time.
Just had a job done there last week. Amazing customer service. Arranged alternate transportation while my car was being worked on. Great over all experience. I would highly recommend!
