UPDATE: So Olson Tire got a hold of me and refunded me the amount that I had paid, resealed the bead on my tire and also put on a new valve stem. What had happened was an honest mistake (I mean come on, we're only human) but all is well and I will be returning to have them mount the same tires on some new wheels when I get them in!

I bought a set of the Ironman M/T entry level mud terrain tires from these guys about 6 months ago, 3 weeks ago I had 1 of my tires going flat with a slow leak so I called them up for them to fix it. Thinking they would fix it free of charge since I just bought them from this store. No. They charged me to just reset the bead, now my tire is STILL going flat. Looks like I'm taking my business somewhere else. Would not recommend Olean Tire & Auto service to any of my friends or family. Really disappointed.

Unfriendly service They charged me money for a loaner vehicle $.25 a mile I had received my truck back and not even 24 hrs later I had to take it back there for the same reason

I did not appreciate being charged $10 for a "Happy Car Journal". It's partly my fault for not checking the bill before I left, but I still think it is unacceptable to charge a customer for an item they never requested.

They have always been great to work with! Everyone is very nice and great to work with. They have loaner cars available, they explain things in terms that make sense, and truly take the time to diagnose and fix the problem! They have never taken me on a run for my money!! Awesome repair shop!!!
