The third time I had to come back again after I get my tires installed because they don't know how to balance tires
Went in for just 2 new tires, got 2 tires, tie-rod ends and a lower ball joint. Car rides nice now.
A little high priced compared to other shops in the area for an oil change. They recommended I get my outer tie rod replaced but in getting a second opinion it was actually the inner tie rod that needed replacing. They were very concerned about this and reinspected the vehicle free of charge. They confirmed the 2nd opinion and gave me a certificate for a free oil change. All my other experiences with Firestone have been positive.
