Great people! They took on a potential problem relating to our main radio (which temporarily wasn't working) in our Motor Home and handled it gracefully and w/ skill. We were traveling thru Wausau from California. Turns out after analyzing the potential problem, that there was really nothing wrong w/ the radio or speakers. They put time and effort in our problem and didn't charge a penny because they didn't find anything wrong. How refreshing in this day and age and I am deeply appreciative of this
