Owners a P.O.S and very disrespectful to his customers and trainers. People want to work out to better themselves, not be put down and treated like crap for not being at his level. Highly recommend skipping this gym.
Beyond Muscle is a joke. Owner Al has anger issues and throws tantrums equivalent to a child. I wouldn't recommend anyone doing business with him, it's just a matter of time before he snaps on you for literally nothing. It's not just me it's just about every person he has done business with. Besides the issues with the owner, the gym is freezing and is barely heated even in winter time it also is very dirty and never cleaned most likely violating some kind of health codes. Save your money and take your business elsewhere.
Terrible service
Open 24 hours. The owner trains you on proper technique for each machine. Also, schedules a fitness plan for you. For the results you are training for.
