If Cross Fit is what you love to do, this is a great place to workout at. Not only is this place a state of the art facility, the coaches, staff, trainers, and owners are awesome. They all have a passion for fitness. The prices are very affordable for everyone. If you want to workout with a group of people, they have great Shred Classes. Maximize your training with free weights, machines, and plenty of cardio equipment. The personal trainers are top notch. No need to be intimidated, everyone there is very friendly. Hours are very accommodating, 4 AM - 11 PM Key card entry so you can workout when you want to.
Basically a small community within the gym. Employees and members are there for each other and love to see others succeed. Plenty of fun filled events throughout the year. Great group classes and excellent personal trainers. CrossFit and weight training equipment galore! Hands down the best gym in the area.
By far the greatest gym I have ever been to! Amazing atmosphere and has everything you could ever want! Every person I have met there has been friendly and encouraging . I love this place!!!

I have traveled all over the Midwest to train at gyms and I can say this place is in a league of its own. The nicest equipment in town hands down and the greatest atmosphere a gym could have. It provides a supportive and motivating environment for every skill level. Management provides a clean gym and you can tell they are always willing to help you!
