Was there years ago and it was not only a hardcore gym, but it was a very friendly and family oriented atmosphere. Great place for anyone to workout! Protein bar is wonderful too!
Great gym, all levels of fitness welcome. Staff is great and welcoming. Can't go wrong with the price either for what we get! 10/10!
