Best gym in the area. Manager is great. Trainers are knowledgeable and friendly. This is the place to be for any fitness related goals/needs. Extremely involved in the community as well. Would highly recommend.
Great gym and has crissfit equipment that attracted me to this gym. Also has more then one shower so when I am pressed for time I do not have to wait on others and they do not have to wait for me.
This place is bottom line the best in the area! Very friendly staff and well managed! The trainers at lift are great! Very intelligent and push you to the limits! Prices for the facility are as low as I've seen anywhere. They have a daycare as well so for all of you that have little ones and have a hard time getting out of the house after work bring them along and get your workout in!! LIFT will push you beyond your limits!!
My boyfriend and I drove up from Stevens Point today to check this place out. We were worried it wouldn't be staffed but the manager, Brook, was really great! They offer day passes, as long as you sign the waiver. The gym itself is awesome!! The equipment is all new, and the gym is spacious. The locker rooms are well kept, and they have a nice sauna in each one! They have tons of options for powerlifters and crossfit people alike. Lastly, I checked out their monthly rates, and they're really reasonable! Thanks, Brook, for being so accommodating and welcoming!
Not only is this place a state of the art facility, the staff, trainers, and owners are awesome. They all have a passion for fitness. Their mission is; they want everyone to be able to workout without breaking the bank. The prices are very affordable for everyone. If you want to workout with a group of people, they have great Shred Classes. The personal trainers are top notch. No need to be intimidated, everyone there is very friendly. Hours are very accommodating, 4 AM - 11 PM, key card entry. Workout when you can.
