O. M. G. Dr. Obassi is awful!!!! He demands drug screening not covered by insurence!!! Just so he can monitor whats in your system. He is NOT the police, i am a free American and if i need certain medications then you cannot with hold treatment because i test positive for cannibinoids! So because i smoke weed (harmless) you refuse to refill LIFE SAVING MEDICATION?!?!? I guess i deserve to die cuz i smoke weed on the weekends. Smh What a quack!! I found another Dr who isnt a phyco asshat! Dont schedule anything with Dr. Obassi!!!!
Terrible place to recover at.
Counseling was poor and not helpful it assisting me in resolving certain aspects in my life. Not only was it difficult enough just to open up personal experiences in my life, but along the process I was told "you are prime example of a millennial". This was greatly offensive to me and implied a lot of the negative aspects associated with millennials, such as laziness and entitlement. I did not understand the purpose of saying such a thing rather than to tear me down. I understand counselors are only human so they will hold their own bias and judgement like any one else, but to make such a statement goes to show the lack of empathy from the employee.
By the fact that they don’t respond to any negative feedback shows how little they care on improving.
Constantly late. Hard to get ahold of anyone that's actually in charge. And when you do call someone its always voicemail. Told them I didn't have a lot of extra money for medications and every medicine they prescribed was overpriced. I would steer away from this company and look elsewhere. This is like the Wal Mart of Health Care centers. You are a number here. Not a person. Whether that's a patient number or a dollar number will be up to you on how much time your willing to waste with this company.
