Bought a futon mattress with a ten year warranty. It wasn't holding up as well as I hoped. Stopped back in and mentioned that I was shopping for a new one. One of the sales rep was surprised, looked up my purchase from their old computer system, (they upgraded and are using a new system) and offered me a free replacement if indeed the mattress was found to be defective. Took it in and they offered me replacement hassle free! This is great store with great guys. I'd definitely recommend shopping here!
