I was on my way home to Madison when handling problems with my car started. Even though it was Friday, and snowing, Tim got me in right away. I was back on the road in short order. The price was very reasonable and they also have the best waiting area I've experienced! Thank you very much!

Staff is extremely accomodative and friendly as well as seemingly immensely knowledgeable. I no longer live in Wausau but if I did West Side Automotive would be my 'go to' shop for automotive-related repairs. Highly recommended.
I was three hours from home when my cat started acting up. I pulled in on a whim to see if they could take a look at it. They pulled it back immediately and started working on it. The staff was super friendly and kept me updated while I was waiting. In less than two hours, I was on my way. Knowing the situation I was prepared to pay an enormous price, but they were more than fair. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.
